Honoring a Legacy: MLK Day of Service 2024

“Everybody can be great because everybody can serve. You only need a heart full of grace, a soul generated by love.” — Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Together, nearly 100 volunteers rolled up their sleeves to honor the life and legacy of Dr. King, serving our community by spreading mulch and removing 1,600 pounds of trash from streets and neighborhood parks. We also gave a voice to newly registered Greenville County voters while sharing important voting information.

None of this would have been possible without our partners at Greenville County, NAACP and League of Women Voters, or our hosts at Staunton Bridge Community Center, Monaview Elementary School and Bethel Bible Missionary Church.

Whether you joined us in serving our neighbors through community cleanups or helped with our voter registration efforts, your support is building a brighter future for all in Greenville County—one where all people have the resources they need to build the lives they deserve.
