DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY INITIATIVES
The Director of Community Initiatives is a key member of the Community Impact team with responsibility for the development and implementation of high-impact community programs and partnerships that reduce barriers to higher earnings for low-income community members. This role will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, launching and managing initiatives, and driving measurable results that align with United Way’s mission and How We Win strategy. The Director of Community Initiatives also strives to achieve positive outcomes by leveraging individual and organizational relationships, engaging stakeholders, and demonstrating impact.

DIRECTOR OF PHILANTHROPY
The Director of Philanthropy plays a crucial role in fundraising for United Way of Greenville County and is primarily responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding large philanthropic gifts from individuals, and sometimes foundations or corporations, that advance the mission and vision of the organization.

CHIEF PHILANTHROPY OFFICER
The Chief Philanthropy Officer provides overall leadership in fundraising efforts, including strategic direction, execution and oversight of all development, donor relations and fundraising activities. The role serves as a member of the United Way executive leadership team and is expected to contribute to the United Way brand and regional profile through his or her activities in the community.
