Dr. Caroline Caldwell is the founder and CEO of New Mind Health and Care, a United Way partner organization that provides free specialized behavioral modification services to individuals, families, and children affected by incarceration or criminal histories.

Caroline, who currently serves on United Way’s board of directors, is also a fierce advocate for marginalized groups including LGBTQ+, QPOC, and returning citizens.
