Our 2021 Impact: Thanks to U
On behalf of our community, we thank you for your support of United Way of Greenville County in 2021. Together, we are changing countless lives and improving economic mobility for so many of our neighbors.
Some of the highlights of your impact this year in include:
- Helping 35,000 people through critical funding for 70 local nonprofit partners focused in education, financial stability, and vibrant and equitable community work.
- Filing nearly 11,000 tax returns for Upstate families through VITA — a $17.3 million impact!
- Equipping more than 1,200 students with supplies and backpacks through School Tools.
- Collecting over 3,000 meals through the Hands On: Economic Mobility Volunteer Series.
- Brightening the holidays for more than 550 local students with Project Joy.
